This is logical if you realize that this is a blanc de noir Xinomavro vinification and the non-intrusive philosophy of the brothers Pericles and Stergios Tatsis who would not filter the color of the wine. Biodynamic practices in the vineyard give way to a gentle “natural” vinification in the cellar. Soft and rich, with a lively acidity one would expect from Xinomavro and complexity that comes through in the nuts, herbs and candied fruit. To say the least about this Xinomavro white is that it is distinctive, full of personality and a wonderfully versatile and versatile character.
