    The two Rhodites (bio & natural) that Panagiotis produces differ, not in terms of their source, but in terms of their management at the winery. And there, of course, the differentiation is faint since the philosophy is non-intrusive in both wines. However, in the case of Natural Roditis, the wine is not filtered at all and only minimal sulphites are added before the bottling stage. We wouldn't be afraid to say that it has the minerality of a Santorini but combined with lower alcohol. An approach of absolute pleasure and elegance. The acidity is irresistible while the fruit is ripe, generous and delicious. A wine that transmits all its positive energy, the same energy and cordiality that you find in its creator.
