Dense red and black fruit, underlined flowering and a feast of primary aromas with clarity and purity that one really hard to find. It is as if all the taste and aromatic characteristics of a perfectly matured nipple have passed into the wine as it is without any mediation between the expression of the vineyard and the wine. Absolutely Mediterranean in extroverted character and the take-off of the concept of juicy-juicy wine. But always this character with an impressive measure and tempo in the mouth and freshness.

Absolutely natural vinification without interventions. The wine is extracted with the skins for ten days and the fermentation is spontaneous. The vinification and maturation of the wine takes place in stainless steel tanks in contact with the wine sludge for about 6 months. So full of freshness and intense varietal character is circulating in the market. For some it may be impressive how a wine without a trace of protection from sulfite or invasive methods can have such an aromatic and taste clarity. For us it is the ultimate result of a natural care process that begins with great care and attention in the vineyard and ends in the winery.
