Ch. Cambon Beaujolais Nouveau

14,50 €

Beaujolais Nouveau and small artisanal production are two concepts that can go hand in hand. Chateau Cambon is co-owned by the Lapierre family and Jean-Claude Chanudet and it is from this estate that Lapierre's famous Beaujolais Nouveau comes. Although it is not certified organic, it is produced exactly according to the philosophy that made Marcel a pioneer in the region and a pioneer of natural winemaking worldwide. Minimal vineyard and winery interventions, minimal sulphites, exceptional care and a lucid, joyful, exciting expression of the freshness of Beaujolais Nouveau. Seriousness is fine, but what's the point of resisting the fruit, directness and lightness of a Nouveau made with the best practices in the vineyard and winery?

More info

Made with the same passion, in a natural way, using organic - but not certified - methods, Chateau Cambon's Beaujolais Nouveau complements the range of Lapierre wines that do not produce Nouveau in their own winery. The wine's weapon is its stunning purity of fruit but also its depth of flavour, which is to be expected from producers of this calibre even if it is a Nouveau. Strawberry, cherry, strawberry and floral liqueur, with freshness and energy on the palate, while what it lacks in structure it generously offers in pleasure. A phenomenon of delicacy and fruit that is hard to resist. Prepare a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, cool it slightly and enjoy in an unpretentious, relaxed mood. Obviously not related to the industrialization of style. Think industrialized burger and handmade, fresh burger, grilled a-pointe from your favorite steakhouse. Such a chaotic difference it has from the rest of Nouveau.
