    All wines in the Mosaik line are vinified in the large centennial foudres of the estate, and the fermentation like in all wines of this estate is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts. On the nose it is highly aromatic leaning towards aromas like tropical fruits, sweet and pungent spices and rose water. Its alcohol is quite high, and its style is off dry which combined with low level of acidity gives of a round, rich sensation on the palate. A wine that combines vigor and energy in a luscious style, so natural for an Alsatian Gewurztraminer.
