Tatsi Premno White

From young vineyards of the winery, the white Premno is a multi-diverse blend of Chardonnay, Malagouzia, Roditis and Assyrtiko, all the white varieties grown on the estate. Chardonnay, although an international variety, is one of the favourite varieties of the Tatsis brothers and has been grown on the estate for years. The vinification of each variety is done separately and then all the varieties are blended, where they remain in a tank with thin lees for about six months. Mildly aromatic, with white-fleshed fruit, soft oxidative notes and compote. Soft and ripe on the palate, with balanced acidity, this is a wine that we recommend to consume within the next 4-5 years after harvest.
