Cognac Dudognon is a "new" Cognac with finesse. It is distinguished by aromas of vanilla, wood and exotic fruits. According to the traditional method of the house, it is distilled over a wood fire in two copper stills from 1901 and 1936. The spirit obtained is aged in new Limousin oak barrels without the addition of sugars, wood or caramel. Cognac Dudognon VSOP can be consumed as an aperitif with ice or in a cocktail, but can also be paired with fresh goat's cheese and Roquefort.

It is clear and shiny with golden highlights. The nose is ethereal with aromas of vanilla, oak and fruit. In the mouth it is round and "fresh" with a long finish. After some time in the glass we also have notes of honey.
